Add your name to tell Speaker Phelan to join the bipartisan effort to pass the Live Well Texas program and bring our tax dollars home so that the hard working folks in East Texas can get the health care they need. 

Texas currently leaves billions of dollars every year that are earmarked to keep rural hospitals open and working Texans healthy. This translates to $61 million per year that ought to be running through the veins of Jefferson County’s health care economy. 

That is $61 million per year that should be flowing into our local hospitals, pharmacies, doctors’ offices and labs, supporting our health and creating even more jobs. 

The Live Well Texas bill would allow our hard-earned tax dollars to begin flowing back into East Texas, where it belongs.
